While we were in Kibera, we had the awesome priviledge to spend time with these precious kiddos at New Life Children's Home. All of these children are orphans, either by the death or abandonment by their families...Jeffrey, who is being held by Tiff was rescued from a ditch about a week before this video was taken...

Kibera

Kibera is one of the largest slums in sub-Saharan Africa. In just 3.2 sq kilometers 1.3 million people live in Kibera, 72% of that population is young people. The word kibera is derived from the Nubian word kibra which means forest or jungle.
